RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Ravici Athletica, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes an item may not fit properly or wasn't exactly what you had in mind, and we are happy to offer our customers the option of returning their items for a refund or exchange. 

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the return form in your order and follow the instructions carefully. All returns must be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that we cannot accept any washed, worn, or damaged items. Personal items are not eligible for returns.

You will receive an email from us when the return or exchange is processed.

We do NOT refund original shipping charges when your order was first placed.

 

RETURNS

For returns, you will receive a full refund for the item's price minus the original shipping costs. Refunds will be applied to your original payment method and typically take 7-10 business days to process once we have received your return.  Exchanges are also available for items that do not fit as expected. When returning an item for an exchange, please let us know which size or color you would like, and we will take care of the rest.  

We reserve the right to adjust returns if the original items are not received in new condition.

EXCHANGES

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, simply fill out the return form in your package and follow the instructions. The exchanged item must be returned within 30 days of purchase in its original condition with all tags still attached. Once we have received your exchange, we will send out your new item and process a refund for any associated shipping costs.

We do not offer exchanges on out-of-stock items. If the item(s) are out of stock for the exchange, a refund will be issued for the items returned.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately so we can help resolve the issue. In many cases, we may be able to offer a replacement for your item. If this isn’t possible, we will be happy to provide a full refund for the item's price and any associated shipping costs. Sometimes, we may request that you return the faulty item before issuing a refund or replacement. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We are happy to offer exchange and return services for international orders. However, please note that you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the original shipment and any returns or exchanges. We recommend using a tracked service when sending your item back so that you can monitor the journey. If you have any questions about international orders, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
